We’ve had the privilege to share in hundreds of weddings over the years, and through that experience we’ve learned what works well in structuring and carrying through wedding procedures. Multiple members of our staff are prepared to walk with you through the planning process, assuring that everything goes exactly how you dreamed it.

Wedding Application
We're thrilled to be a part of your special day and are here to help you every step of the way. To schedule your wedding, please start by filling out our wedding application, which includes providing your tentative date and availability to meet with our pastor. Both spouses will then meet with the pastor to discuss your plans and ensure a meaningful ceremony. Upon approval of your date, you'll make a deposit to the church. Finally, you'll meet with our wedding coordinator to go over all the details and make your dream wedding a reality. We look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion with you!
Events/Groups
Want to host an event as a ministry leader or meet with your group on campus? This might be the place for you! We're thrilled that you're considering our church as the venue for your upcoming event. This section is to help internal groups (Children’s Ministry, Life Groups, etc.) and external groups (Alcoholics Anonymous, Survivors of Suicide Loss, Scout Groups) schedule their events and get put on our calendar. Our church prides itself on being a community engagement hub. We're dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive space for all events

Ministry Groups
This form is dedicated to internal ministry groups at FUMCCV or those with an existing church affiliation. This includes our Life Groups, Choirs, Youth Groups, Children’s Ministries, and other such groups to help our Office Manager schedule the events and get all the info we need from you. Whether it’s just a one-off event or you want to get regular meetings on the schedule, this form is for you!

External Groups
This form is dedicated to external ministries or groups that would like to host an event at FUMCCV. These can include groups such as Scouts, AA, Girl Scouts, SOSL, Support Groups, KAIROS, Craft Fairs, and more. This form covers various event types, such as weekly meetings or one-off significant events such as fundraisers, seminars, fairs, and more.

Quince Application
To apply for a quinceañera at our church, you'll first need to meet with our pastor to discuss your plans and ensure everything aligns with your vision. After this meeting, you can set a date with our office manager. Once a date and price are agreed upon, you'll make a deposit to secure your reservation. Our team is here to support you every step of the way to make your celebration truly special.
